Registration rules

1. Each paper accepted for presentation in CICT 2020 has to be registered under any one of the categories – Industry/ Academia or Student. The presenter will present the paper virtually during the allotted slot as per the Technical Program Schedule.
2. A student can register at the Student rate to become a Presenter. However, such papers will not be part of the Conference Proceedings and will not be submitted for indexing in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
3. Papers which are registered at the regular rate of Academia / Industry category and presented virtually during the allotted slot as per the Technical Program Schedule are eligible for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and submission for indexing in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
4. The authors of papers mentioned in point no.3 have to submit the camera-ready version as per IEEE Guidelines which will be included in the Conference Proceedings to be indexed in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The detailed instructions for camera-ready paper submission will be communicated shortly. The papers will appear in IEEE Xplore Digital Library subject to the IEEE guidelines and copyright formalities. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented by an author at the conference.
5. If an author has more than one accepted paper, registration at Academia / Industry Rate is required to be done only for one paper. The second paper can be registered at the student rate if the paper has student authors. However, if the second paper does not have student authors, then it shall also be registered at the Academia/Industry rate.
